We build the machines that stand watch.
Why we exist
Every night, millions of people stand at fences, gates and checkpoints doing work a machine should do — and the threats they watch for now fly.
Tencer Industries was founded to give people back the hours they spend standing watch, and to give the places that matter a defense that adapts as fast as the threats against them. We design and manufacture our hardware, write our own autonomy and command software, and support every fielded unit for its whole life.
We work with defense ministries, police agencies, the operators of critical infrastructure and private families — under one rule that does not change from customer to customer: a human decides.
How we build.
Hardware is a promise
We design every system to work on its worst day: at −30 °C, in a sandstorm, with comms down. Then we test that day, over and over.
Software is the weapon
Machines age; autonomy improves. Every fielded Tencer unit gets better every month through Meridian updates.
Humans decide
Autonomy handles the watching and the moving. People hold authority over anything consequential. That is enforced in code.
Built in allied nations
Design, manufacturing and support are kept within the United States, Europe and allied supply chains.
Careers
Build the watch.
We hire robotics, autonomy, embedded and field engineers, and people who have stood the watch themselves. Tell us what you have built.
