Trust center

Responsible autonomy, enforced in code.

What our machines will do on their own, what they will never do, and how you can verify both.

RULE 01

A human authorizes every use of force

No Tencer system will take an engagement action without an explicit, logged authorization from an accountable person. This is a property of Meridian, not a configuration option.

RULE 02

Civil means non-lethal

Law-enforcement, infrastructure, enterprise and residential configurations carry observation, lighting, voice, relay and medical payloads only.

RULE 03

Everything is recorded

Every detection, flight, perch, recommendation and decision is written to an immutable log with video chain of custody, available to the customer's oversight bodies.

RULE 04

Lawful customers, lawful use

Defense systems are sold only to governments and through channels compliant with applicable export controls. We screen every customer and decline work that fails our review.

RULE 05

Privacy by default

Residential and civil systems process video on the device, support privacy zones and retention limits, and never share data with Tencer unless the customer opts in.

RULE 06

Secure by design

Signed firmware, hardware roots of trust, encrypted links, tamper detection and independent penetration testing of every major release.
