Estates · Family offices
The estate that watches itself.
Large properties have long fences, dark acres and response times measured in tens of minutes. Tencer gives families and their security teams eyes over every metre — quietly.
How private & residential customers deploy Tencer.
Kestrel over the acreage
A single Kestrel perched on a roofline watches gates, drives and boundaries; a second covers the far fields.
Warden inside
Warden patrols the house and outbuildings at night and verifies every alarm before anyone is dispatched.
Attaché on foot
Attaché escorts family members around the grounds, to the car and across town.
Built for privacy
On-device processing, privacy zones around living spaces, and data that never leaves the property by default.

Can my existing security company monitor Tencer?
Yes. Meridian provides a monitoring console for your provider, or Tencer's partner monitoring centers can monitor on your behalf.
How much does an estate deployment cost?
Warden starts at $3,900. Estate packages with Kestrel are quoted after a site survey. See pricing.
