What is a redeployable aerial sentry?
A redeployable sentry is an autonomous unit that flies to an elevated vantage point, lands, anchors itself and then watches the area like a fixed tower. When the threat picture changes it lifts off and relocates. Kestrel combines drone mobility with the endurance of a fixed sensor: hours to days on station instead of the 30–40 minutes a drone can hover.
Who buys Tencer systems?
Defense ministries and armed forces, law-enforcement agencies, critical-infrastructure operators (utilities, ports, data centers, pipelines), enterprise campuses and private estates. Each segment gets a configuration, payload set and authority model appropriate to its legal environment.
Can Tencer robots use force autonomously?
No. Meridian enforces human authorization for any use-of-force action, for every customer, in every configuration. Civil and residential configurations carry observation and deterrence payloads only. Read our responsible-autonomy doctrine.
How fast can a site be operational?
A typical critical-infrastructure site with two to four Kestrels, a Roost and Meridian is surveyed, configured and on watch within 30 days of contract. Expeditionary kits deploy in under an hour from vehicle arrival.
How is Tencer priced?
Every deployment is quoted on scope: site size, number of systems, payloads, monitoring model and term. Commercial sites usually subscribe as a service with hardware, software, maintenance and upgrades included; government programs can procure outright with sustainment. Request a tailored quote.
