TI-BW9 · Autonomous perimeter mast
Bulwark
The ground anchor of a Tencer perimeter. A towable 9-metre mast with 360° radar and long-range EO/IR that detects at distance and hands targets to Kestrel for a closer look.
What Bulwark does.
Wide-area radar
360° solid-state radar sees people at 2 km and vehicles at 5 km, through rain, dust and darkness.
Hands off to Kestrel
Bulwark detects, Meridian dispatches the nearest Kestrel to perch closer and identify. Nobody has to drive out.
Thirty days, no visits
Solar and battery bank with a hybrid fuel cell option. Remote health checks and over-the-air updates.
No civil works
Tow it, level it, raise it. Self-surveys its field of view and registers itself in Meridian on power-up.

03 — FAQ
Bulwark, answered.
Is Bulwark a replacement for fixed towers?
It can be. Many customers start with Bulwarks during construction or a threat surge and keep them as their permanent perimeter because they can be moved when site layouts change.
Does Bulwark work without Kestrel?
Yes. It is a full autonomous perimeter tower with Meridian. Adding Kestrel turns detections into close-range identification without dispatching staff.
How is Bulwark secured against theft?
Outriggers lock, the mast is tamper-sensing and every unit carries GNSS tracking with geofence alerts.
Works with the rest of the fleet.
