FAQ
Pricing questions.
For a full breakdown of pricing models across the industry, read how much security robots cost.
What does a sentry-hour include?
Hardware, Meridian software, maintenance, battery replacement, over-the-air upgrades and 24/7 fleet health monitoring. You pay for hours on watch; we carry the hardware risk.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Site Watch has a 12-month minimum and a minimum of two Kestrels and one Roost per site. Surge deployments of 30–90 days are available at a premium.
Can government customers buy outright?
Yes. Program customers can procure systems as capital equipment with a sustainment contract, or subscribe through a services agreement.
Do prices include monitoring staff?
No. Most customers monitor from their own operations center. Tencer partner monitoring centers can provide 24/7 operators for an additional fee.
