Research program published#

We published six reproducible models covering drone endurance, dock fleet sizing, viewsheds, sensor fusion, probability of interruption and guard-post cost, with the scripts available under Research. One result went against us: perching 2 m above high points did not beat greedily placed 9 m masts on synthetic terrain. We published it anyway.

Meridian: relief scheduling for third-party docks#

Meridian now schedules third-party drone docks with relief timing — launching the next aircraft so it arrives as the current one departs — instead of fixed intervals. Our fleet model showed fixed intervals resynchronizing after weather holds.

Remote ID correlation in Meridian#

Radar tracks are now correlated with received Remote ID broadcasts. Correlated tracks carry identity and operator location; uncorrelated tracks are flagged non-cooperative and cue the nearest perched sentry.

Kestrel: mission-set perch power profiles#

Operators can now trade radar search cadence against days on station per mission. The default profile holds average perched draw under 58 W for a 72-hour sortie.
